Alors que les techniques spectroscopiques conventionnelles sont limit\u00e9es par leur manque de sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de surface, la spectroscopie \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fr\u00e9quence somme (SFG) est une technique optique non lin\u00e9aire de second ordre sp\u00e9cifiquement utilis\u00e9e pour les \u00e9tudes in situ de la physique des interfaces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fr\u00e9quence somme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette technique n\u00e9cessite un chevauchement temporel et spatial entre une sonde infrarouge moyen et une pompe visible sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Un signal SFG est alors g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence qui correspond \u00e0 la somme des deux fr\u00e9quences des champs incidents. Cela permet de convertir l&#8217;empreinte mol\u00e9culaire d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&rsquo;infrarouge moyen, o\u00f9 elle est difficile \u00e0 observer, vers le visible, o\u00f9 des m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9tection peu co\u00fbteuses, rapides, pratiques et efficaces sont disponibles. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du faisceau SFG fournissent la composition, les distributions d&rsquo;orientation et les informations structurelles des mol\u00e9cules aux interfaces gaz-solide, gaz-liquide et liquide-solide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pompe visible doit \u00eatre spectralement \u00e9troite pour atteindre une r\u00e9solution spectrale suffisante et ainsi distinguer les empreintes vibrationnelles des esp\u00e8ces. Cependant, alors que le balayage d&rsquo;impulsions infrarouges moyennes \u00e0 bande passante \u00e9troite \u00e9tait autrefois la configuration moderne la plus courante, les syst\u00e8mes OPA infrarouges moyens \u00e0 large bande sont d\u00e9sormais utilis\u00e9s comme sonde pour couvrir une large gamme de vibrations mol\u00e9culaires, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 1 000 \u00e0 4 000 cm-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes OPA \u00e0 infrarouge moyen Fastlite twinStarzz pomp\u00e9s par SatsumaX ou Tangor sont des outils id\u00e9aux pour cette application, combinant un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et des taux de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour permettre des rapports signal\/bruit plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des temps d&rsquo;acquisition plus courts. L&rsquo;approche unique de twinStarzz permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des impulsions infrarouges moyennes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et \u00e0 large bande avec une simplicit\u00e9, une fiabilit\u00e9 et une efficacit\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
