Dans ses deux variantes les plus r\u00e9pandues, soit les \u00e9tats \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9lectroniques sont excit\u00e9s dans le domaine spectral visible (2DES), soit les \u00e9tats vibrationnels mol\u00e9culaires sont excit\u00e9s dans le domaine MIR (2DIR). Cette technique enregistre un signal \u00e9mis par l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 la suite de son interaction avec au moins deux impulsions de pompage et une impulsion de sonde, et fournit des spectres bidimensionnels en fonction des fr\u00e9quences de pompage et de sonde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications et exigences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de capturer des dynamiques ultra-rapides avec une bonne r\u00e9solution temporelle, des impulsions &lt;100 fs sont couramment utilis\u00e9es pour la 2DIR, tandis que des impulsions &lt;20 fs sont courantes pour la 2DES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La 2DES est un outil tr\u00e8s puissant pour comprendre la dynamique de la photosynth\u00e8se et constitue un outil essentiel pour am\u00e9liorer les technologies actuelles en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La 2DIR est largement utilis\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tudes pharmaceutiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9cemment, certaines combinaisons de ces deux techniques ont m\u00eame permis de corr\u00e9ler la dynamique \u00e9lectronique et nucl\u00e9aire (2DEV pour la spectroscopie vibrationnelle \u00e9lectronique bidimensionnelle).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les lasers \u00e0 ytterbium, tels que le SatsumaX et le Tangor100, coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;OPA Fastlite twinStarzz, constituent d&rsquo;excellents candidats pour cette application, le Fastlite Dazzler est indispensable pour la plupart des configurations, car il simplifie consid\u00e9rablement la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;impulsions de pompage verrouill\u00e9es en phase, ainsi que le contr\u00f4le du retard et de la variation de phase entre elles.
