La technologie laser est devenue un outil essentiel pour changer la fa\u00e7on dont les semiconducteurs sont fabriqu\u00e9s, depuis le d\u00e9coupage des tranches jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&#8217;emballage du dispositif ; de nombreuses technologies laser sont d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;outil standard pour r\u00e9aliser la lithographie, l&rsquo;inspection, la m\u00e9trologie de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, le d\u00e9coupage des tranches, le per\u00e7age \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 et la fabrication de cartes \u00e0 sondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, les lasers ultrarapides ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour un nombre croissant d&rsquo;applications et sont devenus essentiels pour r\u00e9aliser une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de processus de haute pr\u00e9cision sur des structures tr\u00e8s fines.
