L&rsquo;ablation efficace par des impulsions laser \u00e0 GHz est un processus en plusieurs \u00e9tapes, consistant en une premi\u00e8re phase d&rsquo;incubation thermique, suivie d&rsquo;une phase d&rsquo;ablation hautement efficace. L&rsquo;ablation par GHz combine donc des m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;ablation thermiques et non thermiques.
