We achieved less than 4 fs synchronization between ARCO and MAGMA oscillators. This unique specification is a must for advanced time-resolved experiments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This new MAGMA500 laser broadens our portfolio of high energy Ytterbium laser. The MAGMA 500 reaches an energy of 520mJ, with a pulse duration of 435fs, at a repetition rate of 50Hz.<\/p>\n<p>This unique Terawatt laser will advance many scientific applications, such as intense Terahertz pulses for electron acceleration, magnetism in new materials, etc. It is entirely driven by a control system, common to big projects related to our Pulsar and Premiumlite product ranges.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The constant efforts of this team have resulted in the design of the world&#8217;s first laser Terawatt -1.2TW- pumped by diode&#8221; says Emilien Gontier<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This ambitious project would not have been possible without the ELI-HU contract.<\/p>\n<p>The first unit has been manufactured in Pessac and is today on its way to the ELI-ALPS facility in Szeged, Hungary, where Amplitude\u2019s Petawatt Ti:Sa laser is now being commissioned.
