Amplitude Laser Group Announces New Operating Facility and Entity Name Change in China

In response to the growing needs of the Chinese market and to further expand our investment in the region, Amplitude Laser Group is pleased to announce the establishment of our new operating entity: Amplitude Suzhou Laser Technology Company Ltd – 安普激光集团. This new entity will house our China Service Center and local production facilities.

Amplitude Suzhou Laser Technology Company Ltd together with Amplitude Shanghai Laser Technology Ltd are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Amplitude Laser Group, dedicated to providing excellence and innovation with our range of laser solutions for the China market.

 

Amplitude Shanghai Laser Technology Ltd will continue its operations as usual, fulfilling all existing contracts and agreements with customers, partners, and other relevant third parties. Business relationships and service commitments will remain unchanged during the contract period.

Starting from August 1, 2024, Amplitude Laser Group will begin operations under Amplitude Suzhou Laser Technology Company Ltd in China. This includes signing new contracts and publishing information. Our business representatives will contact you shortly with further details.
