2-photon & 3-photon excitation microscopy
Our vocation is to bring to the market innovative ultrafast laser systems allowing scientists to work at the forefront of research in cellular imaging, embryology, immunology and oncology using multiphoton excitation microscopy, nano-surgery, and in neuroscience / optogenetics. For the past 20 years Amplitude has developed a coherent highly performant and differentiated laser portfolio.
GOJI is shoe-box size and cost-effective single wavelength ultrafast lasers suited for 2-photon microscopy as well as nano-surgery / ablation.
SATSUMA is the perfect ultrafast optogenetics laser for 2-photon photoactivation of extremely large population of neurons with holographic or acousto-optics deflectors microscopes.
MANGO is a tunable ultrafast laser source designed to tackle the challenges of 3P-imaging and 2P-photoactivation. The best in-class beam quality and pulse duration management offers superior excitation efficiencies at lower average power on the sample.

Photoacoustic imaging
Amplitude brings to the marketplace laser tools to enable technological advances in live tissue imaging to bring the techniques to standard biomedical scientific and medical imaging practices.
AXIA is a laser platform designed with strict manufacturing processes to produce a rugged tunable source for generating high energies for deep tissue penetration. From the application of medical oncology to neurodynamics, the rapid wavelength hopping provides excellent tissue differentiation.

X-ray imaging
X-ray technology has the incredible ability to penetrate almost any materials and tissues, allowing 2D or 3D images of human beings or objects. Amplitude proposes the widest range of ultrafast lasers for laser-based X-ray imaging with unrivalled brightness, spatial resolution and cost.
MAGMA and ARCO offer a very wide parameter space to optimize the X-ray generation for specific applications from basic science to clinical X-ray imaging machines.
